2. What is the typical lead time after placing an order?
Once payment is confirmed, we will immediately arrange order processing and production scheduling.
For frequently purchased models, we usually maintain sufficient inventory to support fast delivery. After completing product inspection and functional testing, the goods can be shipped directly.
For products that require production, the standard manufacturing lead time is generally around 3–5 working days for orders below 50 pcs/pairs. For larger quantities or customized projects, the lead time will depend on product specifications, order volume, and customization requirements.
We always try to balance production efficiency with strict quality control to ensure reliable product performance.
3. What shipping methods do you provide?
We support flexible international shipping solutions according to customer requirements.
For small orders and samples, we usually arrange shipment by international express services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx for faster delivery.
For large-volume orders, sea freight is also available to optimize transportation costs.
Customers can use their own shipping accounts or nominated freight forwarders. We are also able to assist with shipment arrangements based on the agreed Incoterms.
Normally, express shipments can reach the destination country's customs area within approximately 3–5 calendar days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
