Introducing IEEE 802.3bt PoE Standard to Olycom full networking devices
Adding CWDM/DWDM devices and Optical Cable Monitoring System to our product line.
Launched industrial Bypass fiber switch which can protect the fiber optic device and ensure the system work stable.
Launched Industrial POE Managed Switch which POE can be 90W for each port. Product is widely sold to overseas markets.
Industrial Ethernet converter series through the Ministry of Communications inspection on January 13.
Launched Industrial Ethernet Network Managed Switch and pass the CE, RoHs, and IP40 protection grade certifications.
Developed HD Optical Products, Including Coaxial HD Optical Converter, HDMI / DVI / SDI / VGA HD Optical Converter.
Introduced industrial-grade Ethernet products, including industrial-grade transceivers, industrial-grade optical switches, and industrial POE fiber switches. Won the national high-tech enterprise certificate on July 22
Launched POE products and HD network video surveillance products, including POE media converter, and POE fiber switches. The product passed the CE certification on January 8; Access to telecommunications equipment into the network license on January 28; Passed the ISO9001 quality assurance management certification on March 11.
Won the Chinese manufacturing network certified enterprises; Video optical converter through the Ministry of Communications inspection on June 28; Video optical converter through the Ministry of Public Security inspection on August 15; Fiber media converter are CE certified on September 27; Fiber optic transceivers passed the Ministry of Information Industry network test on November 28.
Video optical through ROSH certification on June 17; Registered OLYCOM brand trademark on December 21.
Won the Shaanxi Provincial Security Products Industry Association awarded the "safe city security products recommended company".
Fiber optic transceivers are certified by ROSH on November 28.
Launched audio, telephone, data, converters, and other multi-service video optical converters, and get CE certification.
Shenzhen OLYCOM Technology Co., Ltd. was established, research and development, production and sales of PDH video optical converter, network extender, protocol converter, fiber modem, fiber optic transceivers, optical passive products.
Terms and Conditions
Olycom warrants your media converters, optical video converters, industrial network switches and WDM equipment for one year from date of arrival.
If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
Olycom has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.
Fiber optic accessories including fiber cable, patch cords, fiber adaptors and attenuators are not covered under the one year warranty policy.

The customer is responsible for delivering the defective product to the designated RMA Address for repair or replacement.
Olycom will repair or replace a product that was found to be defective by Olycom during the warranty period at its discretion.
The sole responsibility of Olycom under this warranty shall be limited to repair of this product, or replacement thereof, at the sole discretion of Olycom
All RMA items shipped to Olycom must be freight prepaid.
The repaired products would be returned within 1 month after receiving the return materials, freight charge should be paid by the sender.
Any RMA items shipped to Olycom which are out of warranty will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
Limitation of Warranty
Product warranties remain valid provided the product was properly installed and used.
Defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product caused by damage resulting from acts of God (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted.
A product will not be warranted in the following situations:
● The product has been found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
●The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause. Such conditions will be determined by Olycom at its sole and unfettered discretion.
● The warranty for customized and ODM products is defined by contract, and is excluded from this policy.
● The product is an accessory not carrying the Olycom brand name. In this case, warranties are limited to the warranty provided by the original manufacturer of the accessory. Examples of such products andaccessories are power adaptors and cables.
●The product has been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the customer, or by a third party at the request of the customer.
● The product is damaged beyond repair due to natural disasters, such as by lightning, flood, earthquake, etc.
