1. Quality Standards & Compliance
Our quality control system is established in accordance with internationally recognized standards and industry requirements. All products are designed, manufactured, and tested to comply with relevant certifications and regulations, including ISO 9001 Quality Management System, CE, FCC, RoHS, IEEE, and ITU-T standards. 2. Quality Control Process
Quality assurance is implemented throughout the entire product lifecycle, from incoming materials to final shipment.
2.1 Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Critical components such as optical modules, PCBs, power supplies, connectors, and other key materials are inspected and verified before entering production.
2.2 In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), assembly verification, and process monitoring are conducted during manufacturing to ensure product consistency and assembly accuracy.
2.3 Functional Testing: Products undergo comprehensive functional validation, including throughput testing, VLAN and QoS verification, protocol compatibility checks, wavelength accuracy measurement, optical power validation, and OSNR performance assessment.
2.4 Reliability Testing: Environmental and mechanical reliability tests are performed under various conditions, including temperature cycling, humidity exposure, vibration, and transportation simulation.
2.5 Burn-in & Stress Testing: Extended burn-in procedures are carried out under controlled load conditions to identify potential early-life failures and verify long-term operational stability.
2.6 Final Quality Inspection (FQC): Prior to shipment, each product receives a complete visual inspection and final functional verification to ensure it meets all quality and performance requirements.
3. Testing Equipment & Resources
Advanced testing instruments and laboratory facilities are utilized to support accurate measurement and validation activities. Key equipment includes Optical Spectrum Analyzers (OSA), traffic generators, protocol analyzers, optical power meters, BER testers, environmental chambers, and vibration testing systems. These tools enable comprehensive verification of both electrical and optical performance parameters.
4. Quality Management System
A complete quality management infrastructure is implemented to maintain product traceability and process transparency. Manufacturing records, inspection reports, and test results are systematically documented and stored within a centralized QC management platform. Full traceability allows rapid identification of components, production batches, and testing history throughout the product lifecycle.
5. Continuous Improvement
Continuous quality enhancement is achieved through systematic root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and regular review of customer feedback.
