This list includes some daily queries about 5-port and 8-port E-mark certified industrial Ethernet switches in our daily work.

What are the ordering options?
A: About 5-port and 8-port industrial network switches, we have 4 models.
If possible to make it 10/100Mbps?
A: All the network ports are 10/100/1000M auto-adaptive, so please just connect another device.
Is there any certification?
A: Yes, for our industrial unmanaged switches, there are CE/RoHS/FCC/E-mark certificates.
But it is not UL listed.
What can it be used?
A: those models do not have optical ports, so it is basically used in small-area Ethernet applications.
Do you have a PoE model?
A: Yes. We have IM-WP054GE that supports 802.3af/at protocols.
Its total budget is 120W(4*30W).
Is it possible to make PoE output 24V based?
A: Yes, we have done this for some clients.
They need this specification for passive poe devices like Ubiquiti wireless access points pbe-m5-400.
What is the mounting method?
A: it supports DIN35 or wall mounting.
Can you describe the LED status?
A: please look at the below information.
Copper orange: 1000M working speed
On：Copper working speed 1000M
Off：Copper working speed 10/100M
Copper green: Link/Act indicator
On：transmission is normal
Off：transmission is NOT normal
What power adapter should be used?
A: For a power over Ethernet unmanaged switch, the power supply standard should be DC48V or above(max 57V).
For regular switches, DC12V/DC24V is OK.
If possible to get a sample unit online for testing?
A: We have Amazon, Alibaba or Shopify stores. Please search our brand Olycom or the model names.
