2. What is the leadtime if I order?
A: Production begins immediately upon receipt of your payment:
Popular / Standard Stock Models: Items undergo rigorous quality testing and are prepared for immediate dispatch.
Non-Stock / Small Orders (<50 pcs/pairs): Manufacturing generally requires 3 to 5 business days.
Bulk Orders: Production timelines will be confirmed based on real-time schedule capacity and component availability.
3. How will you ship my order?
A: We ship smaller or urgent orders via express air freight (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) and bulk commercial shipments via ocean freight.
You are also welcome to arrange dispatch using your own shipping account or preferred freight forwarder.
Typically, air shipments take around 3 to 5 calendar days to arrive at local customs for clearance.

A: Our standard Minimum Order Quantity is just 1 piece/pair.

A: Commercial Grade Products (e.g., fiber Ethernet media converters, fiber optic PoE switches): Backed by a 1-year warranty.
Industrial Grade Products: Backed by an extended 3-year warranty.
Technical Support: All genuine Olycom products include lifetime technical assistance from our engineering team.
7. Can I have my own packing box?
A: Yes, absolutely.
Our default standard packaging is unbranded with neutral text (no Chinese characters or logos).
We fully support customized box packaging, allowing you to incorporate your own logo, specific model names, brand colors, or marketing slogans.
8. What is your payment terms?
A: For standard orders, we primarily process payments via T/T bank transfer, with full clearance required prior to shipment.
For smaller sample orders requiring shorter processing times, we accept PayPal.
Depending on the specific transaction context, Alipay or WeChat Pay can also be accommodated.
